Yesterday, I was asking the class questions about community helpers (our theme for April) to get them to begin thinking about different people who help us. I asked them who were some people who helped us? They named off a bunch such as doctors and dentists, then one little boy said, you help us. I told him he was right and asked the children what kind of community helper I am and they said, youre our teacher. When I asked how I help them, another child said, you help make us better. This just made my day! I try my hardest everyday, as do all the teachers I work with, to help these children grow and develop and make them better. And it is visible for all to see, even their little eyes :) I love my job!!
