Yesterday, I was busy making Caramel Apple Jam. There are now 11 jar in stock (with more planned for later in the week). Today, I canned our newest flavor - Peach Bourbon Sweet Corn Jam. There were those who doubted the outcome, but the little bit that was left in the pot after canning that I tried left me craving more. The peach shines through, but the sweet corn and bourbon add a complexity to the flavor that just sings on your tongue! This flavor will be available at the PPPD bout this weekend!
