Yesterday, I was crying while the smiles of the Filipinos in Quirino Grand Stand during the Concluding Mass was shown by the field reporters. I envy those who were able to feel and see the holiness of Christ through Pope Francis. Afterwards, I searched on the google maps the routes to Apostolic Nunciature since Jan. 19 is the last day of his stay here in the Phils back to Vatican. I should see Pope before its too late! I cried out to God, praying and hoping to see the Santo Papa. I am really eager. I look for some colleagues to accompany me, sad that some wont be able to make it. I thought Ill be going there alone. Thankful that my aunt and cousins explored with me as we go on our way which is quite unfamiliar to us. Thank God, we were able to reach the place safely and we waited patiently together with the other filipino devotees. We had a lot of lenghty walks and stood for 3 or more hours, undeniably wanting to see Lolo Kiko. Despite all the false alarms that hes arriving, finally, I was able to see the roof of his mobile and half of his head. Yes, there are a lot of people and sad that my height cant make it this time. Still, the holiness of the pope made our meters apart like an inch closer. Everything was so fast. Split second. I cried while shouting his name. The feeling was really different. It was really an awesome experience. I have no regrets! Thank you Pope for inspiring a lot of filipino people! I believe that we can make a change! I believe that this will be continuous. Amazing how it affects a lot of us. Thanks Pope for all the life lessons you imparted to us! Let the challenge of integrity be resolved! God bless us! #PopeFrancisPH
