Yesterday I was honoured to endorse Tangi Utikere for Mayor of Palmerston North. I believe Tangi is the only candidate who can successfully lead our city. Tangi is a person of high integrity, he has a vision for the city and he is ready for the role. Tangi is seen out in the community and at business events throughout the year, not just popping up when its time to collect votes. Tangi is a sound decision maker who carefully considers information and speaks to others to make informed choices. Ive seen first hand around the council table that he is prepared to make decisions in the best interest in the city and not just what may be the popular option. Tangis leadership is what this city needs. Ill be voting Tangi as my #1 choice for Mayor and I hope you do too.
