Yesterday, I was meeting a SPRING officer to explore ideas to develop some programs to support local biz owners. Out of the blue, he asked me how I got started. I told him I started with great difficulties with no money, family support or network. I told him I dont even have the luxury of registering my biz with my home address or work from home because I was locked out and kicked out from my place then. Yes, not many people know my story and how I rested without a roof over my head, walked for hours because I cant afford bus and MRT fares and went to sleep in hunger for months. Many of you are very fortunate you are not even aware of. You have home to return to, someone to fall back on and you can fill your stomachs easily without much thoughts. Be aware of your blessings and treasure them. And spread these blessings to those who need them.
