Yesterday I was on the phone with a coaching client, an amazing beautiful, talented woman. She had all kinds of certifications and accolades in her field. She has done major studying and had gone through a lot of her own personal experiences, and over the last year has been getting clear on the kind of work she wants to do and the kind of people she wants to assist that truly brings her joy and fulfillment. And yet, what she clearly shared was that she had all sorts of limiting beliefs and self-doubt getting in the way. These thing have been keeping her in her shell, afraid to truly come out, share her gifts and contribute - afraid to face rejection and playing it safe.
