Yesterday I was thankful for my Brooks Ravenna running shoes, without which the more than 10 miles that I logged yesterday would have been pretty painful. Today, Im thankful for discipline -- specifically parents who keep their young kids in line. Mine did it to/for me, and my own kids are well behaved (mostly). I actually saw a couple of 6-8 year old siblings playing house in Crate and Barrel today while Mom shopped. I was horrified, as neither the kids nor Mom seemed to draw any line about what merchandise the kids could play with and how they should or shouldnt act in a store. Ugh!!!!!
