Yesterday, I wrote about eating disorders. Today I am writing about self help tips. 1.If you are over concerned about your shape and weight than try to address this by: keeping an eye out for unhelpful body checking. Eg. Like frequent mirror checking, comparing yourself to others. Try and ask yourself is this helpful to me? Is my interpretation of how I look correct? Your goal is to set set yourself goals to reduce the checking and focus on your weight/shape. Whenever this occurs remind yourself how you are the same person regardless of whether you were 2 kilos lighter or heavier. I will write more later.
