Yesterday, Lancaster OTS moved 9 people into permanent housing...IN ONE DAY!!! I think this is a record for our group. Jer, George, Steve and Tom delivered a total of 8 beds to Steve (1 bed), Zamaly and her 3 kids (4 beds), and to Sheila, Darryl and their 2 kids (3 beds). Thanks to MaryBeth M and Nancy O for pulling together the bedding needs. And keeping the good news going... A very generous friend who wants to remain anonymous has offered a very LARGE (really really LARGE) warehouse for Off the Streets to use. The blessings just keep pouring in and we are truly thankful to this donor and to the Holy Spirit who seems to keep putting us in just the right place at just the right time to make these connections happen. So, let the furniture donations begin!!! We are no longer limited in our storage space!!! Desperately needed are bed sets (mattress, box spring, frames or any combination) in twin, full and queen sizes. Always in need of dressers and small kitchen tables and chairs.
