Yesterday Night i witnessed something very strange.... A blind lady of age more than 50yrs, a lady of nearly age 30 to 40 yrs and a man nearly 30+ sleeping on the most busiest traffic signal i.e., naer the pizza hut, pension office. Seeing them their on the road literally sleeping as if they are in their rooms. I was concerned thinking if any bus or car would run over them and with the same feeling i approached the traffic constable, i asked him dont you see three people lying on road and you are happily sitting in this box ah.... You know what he said.... Daily they beg at this signal and in the night they drink and sleep on this road, we have moved them so many times but still they come in between the traffic and are causing nuisance.... So we are unable to do anything and so we left them...... I was completely shocked and dint understand what should i doooo...Are they begging for their living or to spend a day....... I saw the same people near the masab tank junction signal and now they moved here..... Can anyone suggest anything on this ????????
