Yesterday, October 22, 2014 was the second day of a three-day shoot for our two-part DVD project; one, a DVD, designed to educate future Clients and Caregivers and; the other, a DVD designed to help support fundraising initiatives. It was an amazing day of powerful interviews with some of our Caregivers. The stories they shared about their loved ones, our Clients, as well as their own experiences with Alzheimers Disease and dementia, were heartfelt and profound (note the Kleenex next to the chair). Wed like to thank Caregivers Geri Fill, Barbara Cabrera, Pat Bennenito, Nancy Sullivan, Haim Zelevski and Greg Yanda for their bold willingness to share. In addition to these Caregivers, Care Club Executive Director, Luanne Wahlstrom (below), and Assistant Director, Mindy Johnson, were interviewed on Care Clubs commitment to our Clients and Caregivers. Wed also like to thank the team that made magic yesterday. Those individuals include Executive Producer, Kenn Voegele (below), his associates, Producer/Director Sergei Luzginov (Mosaic Media Productions), Camerman Steve Cartano. Make-Up Artist Brandi Perkins and Production Assistant Haim Zelevski. The mood they created on the set was so comforting that it allowed each interviewee to share their experiences at a level we could not have imagined. It was an extraordinary day! There is one more shoot date on November 10, 2014, with a few interview positions open.
