Yesterday Sebastian Legner and I went to meet Alfredo Rodriguez who is Q grader and instructor in order to develop roast profile for honey processed coffees and get some possible best results of what Hacienda Pomarrosa could offer. Alfredo was kind enough to bring his sample roaster. We spent half of the day at Hacienda Pons where we roasted honey processed typica/caturra and peaberries. Today I will be cupping them and brew it to check results. Great thanks to Roukiat Delrue for putting Alfred and I together. Thank you. Coffee on its way to Guatemala
