Yesterday, Sept 24, my wife and I had a great blessing. A beautiful young woman came into Shirley’s room and said, “Hi Dean, I am Jennifer Santiago.” She had been on my facebook for some time, but I had not remembered where we had met. She told me that she was a student in the School of the Bible in Nicaragua in 2007, and I taught one week in that school. Afterward she stayed on staff for a time, then married, and she and her husband now pastor a Hispanic church in or near Garden Grove, CA. She had seen on facebook where Shirley was in the hospital, which happened to be about 15 minutes from where she lived, and she came to see us. She visited for a while, then prayed for us, and it really made our day. Who knows the relationships we build as we serve the Lord. PTL.
