Yesterday a guy booked me in the morning for a 4.30pm appointment then he rang again at 4 to say he was on his way and he was just leaving Oxford! When I told him it would take more than two hours to get to me he said hed be with me in an hour. At five he called saying he was at Bath and would be with me for six. I reluctantly agreed to still see him.He called several more times as he had no sat nav and kept getting lost before he called from my village about 7pm. Only 2 an a half hours after he booked me. Annoyed by this I sent him away without seeing him as he was taking the piss turning up that late. Hopefully hell learn a lesson from this and buy a sat nav!! This put me in a bad mood all night
