Yesterday, a mope (as Hot Cop calls them) in Florida pretended to be a policeman and, using flashing lights, pulled over a car and began his pretend policeman act. The car he pulled over belonged to an undercover policeman -- a real one. So now the mope is in jail but Hot Cop isnt happy. Why? Because he thinks he would have handled it better by making a pretend citizens arrest. Ah, the irony abounds in that man.
