Yesterday a team of us here at The PT took part in the London South Tough Mudder and tough it was. Today we have dried out but are all a bit (a lot if Im honest) stiff. Proud of all the boys that took part and a special mention goes out to Jack and Pav who both lost their trainers on the second obstacle and ran ten miles barefoot! We all crossed the finish line shoulder to shoulder as a team.
