Yesterday activity is very exhilarating exercise. It pits your knowledge, patience, passion to teach 200 students in one setting. And they are good well discipline students who can make of something to an art, not a Picasso but it is a start. Who are these students I ask? What is this School, never heard….. The Word is They are the Scholar ng Bayan, and this University is run and financed by the government….but we are still poor Institution and most students are not that rich brats but poor with more talents in their head that you can imagine……I ask to address the students, because I concocted in my brain an idea for me to do, what I have to do…….it’s not just a wild imagination, it is a Perfect solution, because as they say “you are not getting younger”. As my name was called, up I go on the stage took the mike, suddenly I have this shortness of breath, and then my brain to take over. I thanked them for inviting us for such an occasion and overwhelm in their enthusiasm to learn, for choosing their career, as I am….. I am also an HRM Graduate in California Polytechnic University, Pomona. So I have a connection their…..it looks like my Alumni. Then I announce that I am donating all my Collection of Food and Beverage Magazine, such as Food Art, Wine Spectator, Plates, Cook and Gourmet Magazine. Including some of my Cook Books and Culinary Institute of America Book, Classes and Seminar like World of Flavors, Healthy Cooking, World Cuisine and Techniques, and more…… Hoping to put up a HRM Library and Test Kitchen Studio, in which I will finance personally and will accept donation too. After the Announcement I choked a little and become emotionally. And the student gave me a thunderous applause for the gift. This idea was planned all alone before I retire here in the Philippines, I am just looking for a perfect place to put it and this is the place. I
