Yesterday after leaving Langata Road primary I headed to visit a friend who has been admitted at Nairobi hospital!While in the room I heard some commotion in another patients ward with nurses trying to rescuscitate her..one of the medics was my classmate in campus and on inquiring what was happening she told me they were rescuscitating a patient in critical condition...I dint know her,but I witnessed the medical team trying hard to rescuscitate her for 45mins at Nairobi Hospital Pioneer Ward,all through her brother wailing relentlessly outside the ward and the hubby encouraging her to hold on..i was moved to pray with the bro at the corridor so I held him and said a prayer with him though I did not know him.My friend has been admitted in the adjacent room..The lady was then taken to the ICU shortly when they finally got her pulse back...but her name Judy,as her husband kept calling her ..stuck in my mind and I continued praying for her even after I left the hospital.I was worried about her yet I dint know her..now I learn that she is well known by hundreds of my friends and she was a pillar in the Kogallo family..R.I.P my sister @Judy Bredamas and comfort to your most encouraging hubby and strength to the bro..may God comfort you all!
