Yesterday afternoon, we sat with the sellers of our property on the back deck and drank a couple of beers (I drank one, Wally drank several!) listening to the rain on the tin roof. Im thinking we will not be spending much time in the house. May have to install a television on the back deck! Yes, embarrassed to admit: Wally and I watch television. We have certain shows that we are attached to what we record and watch on our time. Most of them are on past our bedtime! We could not have found nicer sellers! We did the whole procedure without realtors without a hitch. They are nicest people and I am sorry that they are moving so far away!
