Yesterday and today I have been in extreme pain. My ribcage, breast area and middle back have had severe pain off and on (more on than off) that I have had to take Roxicet which is what I was given when I had my lung removed. I dont know if this pain is from the cancer or the lack of prior chemo that maybe was working before, or what. I see the doctor tomorrow. As Bilbo says to Gandalf, I feel like butter, spread over too much bread. I feel like an elephant is standing on my ribs making it hard to breathe. Bummer. My devoted husband, Simon has been diligently looking after me with hot water bottles and back massages. He is wonderful!
