Yesterday and today must have been I know who will take our animals day. We will of course! Yesterday (Friday) a young boy who we met on Albertsons parking lot ran out of time to find his 5 1/2 month old pit puppy a home. He was told take it to the pound, he knew what would happen to a pit , he called us , guess where the puppy is, here. There were 16 Cornish hens destined for the pot, no longer, they are also here (maybe they will lay some eggs for us!). Today 2 really nice young people found 2 small dogs running in the road in Lancaster, they tried other rescues but no luck. Their mom went to the farmers market at the Winery and found our stand, called and both babies are asleep under my chair. Life is Great!
