Yesterday as my friend Deborah Godfrey was taking us to the Little Rock christmas party in #bourban county. We were on #Nicholasville road when we passed a slow moving vehicle in the right hand lane. It was a large parade float to honor our military personnel. It was being hauled by a big pickup truck. Motorists had to slow down, signal, merge left, pass, signal, and merge right. Total delay time of about 10-15 seconds. A nicholasville police officer approached the vehicle from behind and put on their lights. The officer was on the phone with his boss trying to figure out what to do with the slow moving vehicle. As we moved to the left to pass the officer and the slow moving vehicle, I rolled down the passenger window, leaned out and hollered. There isnt a speed minimum on this road!. The officer turned his lights off and the vehicle driver who was understandably concerned about being approached from the rear by an officer with their lights flashing was trying to pull over. #JessamineCo you all have so many issues to deal with. I cant even begin to figure out where to start helping you. So here is what I would like you to do. Write to me and briefly describe what are to you the most pressing issues in Jessamine.
