Yesterday at St. Francis Xavier RC Church in Mill Bay, we were met for our veterans remembrance cross placements by more than 80 people, including Air Cadets, Legionnaires, and the Knights of Columbus en regalia. A piper lead us all in procession around the church and cemetery (as a wise anthropologist once said, It aint a ritual if no ones walking around), playing our real national anthem, The Maple Leaf Forever!, before we began.
