Yesterday at a gig I made the mistake of telling someone happy holidays. She said, No, its Merry Christmas! I replied, But Christmas is next week. I began to ask her what if I were an atheist, which I am, and if that means I am supposed to leave the country, as well as all Jews and Muslims and Hindus and Buddhists, at least according to her mentality, but she walked away. This is merely one of many reasons why I am glad when the entire goddamn thing is finally over with.
