Yesterday at our gym a gentlemen came in to work out when I saw Him I said shad he looked like mayweather twin he started to laugh . Little did I know this mans life has been up side down . He continue to work out and he he was like Iam done I said you tapping out already he said naw it has been a while he told me He just lost his wife and two kids I didnt even know what to say all I could say is I know little about that pain my brother just passed . In my head I wanted to cry for him not just for him but cry cause losing a love one is indescribable . The gentlemen told me he needs a gym like this in his life write now. I told him you couldnt have came to a better place to let some stress out . Now what was so encouraging to me and hit home to me was go back to the part where I said I made him laugh before I knew anything of his situation . To see him smile after the lost of his family just a little over a week ago Touch me in so many ways, that drive home all I could think of was the strength and will he had to continue to get up and live life . Life is never promised and we will never understand or be okay with why we lost a loved one but we still have to live , love , laugh and know there is a reason why we still live life . I come to terms it okay to cry and it okay to have a hard day but I know my loved one wants me to keep living life . Do not let gods choices make you stumble but let god choices make you appreciate everything and everyone in your life we all have a purpose and me a shad have a purpose with our gym cause it more than just a gym
