Yesterday at the VNC, it was such a pleasure n joy to see a brother in christ, of african american descent, on fire, delivering the word to all of us parishioners. I couldnt wait to grab him after service and I hug him 3 or 4 times. Besides Barack Obama, Ive never thought I would live long enough to see what I witnessed Sunday . Ive been a regular at VNC for seven and a half years. And I cannot imagine myself being any other place. Bt I must be honest there have been a few times I felt, slightly discriminated against, because (my worship) , and a few times, because of my color. For 3 years I was a (double service) worshipper. n the devil told me to leave that church. But Im a big boy, so I cried, & I let it roll off my back like water on a ducks . And now Im a (triple service) worshiper, I visit three churches (every )Sunday I am so so proud that my worship is now (magnanimously different) frm the status quo. Reason? Because the last time, a loaded gun was put in my mouth, & I was told to get on my knees for the last time, I promised God that if HE wood would get this gun out of my mouth( again), this time ? , I will praise him like theres no tomorrow (every day) of the rest my life. Because I know and God knows, that Im on borrowed time . So I live each day as though it were my last . Crazy? you might say. No! Im just a Favored, and Highly Blessed. Thank you jesus .n today is my mother, the late, and great, miss Elaine marie cast0n birthday 70. Rest in peace mama , and yes Im still clean 7 years 7 months in 7 days, you would be so proud of me :-()# Jehovah Jireh my provider. And Emmanuel, God with us
