Yesterday at work I was asked why do I want to be a police officer? This was an easy question to answer. 1)God has hardwired into every man the ability, will and desire to protect. There are people who mentally and physically cannot protect themselves. So they need someone to stand for them. 2) My faith in God and His requirement for me to love All men makes me want to serve. To give people a piece of mind that even if it is just me they feel this way about, I can be called on. 3) Dr Myles Munroe my spiritual grandfather stated in one of his books (Purpose and Power of Vision) that your vision will consume you. It will almost haunt you. This is something Ive wanted for 20 years. I believe my time is now.
