Yesterday evening at least two street dogs were poisoned near Adams restaurant in Ulugol. Hasan was called out by Adem but one dog was already dead and Hasan was unable to save the other. It was too dark to see if there were any other victims. The jandarma were called and given the name of a suspect, as just a few days ago a woman had threatened to kill the dogs as she claimed they had killed a chicken. Large amounts of poisoned chicken was found strewn around the area.Adem looks after a number of street dogs and cats in the area and was naturally extremely upset. Today we will see what the authorities intend to do about this. We will do everythingin our power to get a prosecution and press for the highest punishment. This person needs to be made an example of. Rip those poor dogs - such a horrible way to die.
