Yesterday evening was an absolute thrill to be apart of the Washington DC Tap Festival Concert. We were asked to perform Gravity from our recent concept video. Props to The JaM Project for putting a stamp on the tap world. I was sitting backstage waiting to perform watching some of the most incredible heavy hitters, celebrities, big names, dancers from So You Think You Can Dance, all from the entertainment world performing. I took a step back in my mind and realized just how humbling it was to be sitting right there at the exact moment. You know when your mind does that? Shout out to all that were at the festival and to Chloe Arnold and Maud for throwing this and another HUGE congratulations because the Mayor of DC made a proclamation of April 12 being the official DCTap Fest day!
