Yesterday ham concentration. Still leg dead lift 6 sets of 20 One leg dead lifts 3 sets of 10 Kettle ball swing really work on driving hips and flexing. Go heavy as possible 20 reps 3 times thru Leg curl lying down 100 reps 4 times thru 20 as heavy as u can go to make it to 20 drop weight go again till 20 the so forth till u reach hundred.. Get up stretch. Do it again! This will blow it up! Walked funny for about an hour after.. Sure ill have trouble later today Enjoy life. Be you!
