Yesterday historical ceremony where held at SOYDAVO Youth Vocational Center were 4th YEP trainees graduate. The trainees completed 10 month vocational training, literacy and entrepreneurship courses at the center, A big hall where build in the center to accommodate 500 guests include the graduate. This year 130 trainees completed their training courses and major skill courses graduate trainees learned are Plumbing, Tailoring, Beautification & Bakery, Masonry, Electricity, Electronic and Carpentry skill. In the ceremony high senior Officers from NRC, SIDA, Regional ministry of education and other Government officials participated the ceremony. Most of the officers congratulated the graduate trainees about completion of the training program of YEP project and advised the graduate to start to work on the technical skills they learned in the center to improve their source of income and their family’s livings, since they were in urgent needs for this opportunity and they got technical skills they needed to access market labor exist opportunity. At the end of the ceremony graduate where given their completion certificate and awarded trainees acquired high scores.
