Yesterday in Nashua, I joined local elected officials and business leaders in pledging to fight for federal funding for rail infrastructure if the project is deemed feasible. I call on my opponent, Marilinda Garcia, to do the same. Up until now, Garcia has voted to block funding for the critical feasibility study of the expansion of passenger rail into Nashua and beyond, and she showed a shocking lack of knowledge about the project at a recent Nashua Chamber of Commerce candidate forum. We need our elected officials to commit to improving the states transportation infrastructure so we can create a better business environment and expand New Hampshires thriving economy. Read more:
