Yesterday in Richmond, I was honored to join the Governor of Virginia, my colleague Delegate Scott A. Surovell and Virginia State Police Captain Robert Chappell for a ceremonial signing of my bill HB 543, which helps parents protect their children against the threat of identity theft. Thank you Governor! A special thanks also to Captain Chappell - an expert in child identity theft and one of Virginias finest, who came and testified during the Committee hearing.
