Yesterday in Sunday service Travis shared a message on helping Gods called ones to fulfill being the hands and feet for Gods purposes. Thank you Travis for sharing how important this is to furthering God’s Kingdom, for not all can go but many can help send those who are being called to. He also asked what we are willing to sacrifice to further Kingdom growth. This broke me as we are drawing so much closer to Bretts leaving home to further the call God has placed on his life. In a little over a week we will be leaving Brett in Ft. Lauderdale to attend a vocational ministry college for the next 10 months which trains and equips worship leaders so that they can answer God’s call to serve others and usher others into worshipping Him through the musical gifts given them. Many of us have been blessed by his heart to worship and his desire to bring others with him in worship. Many have shared of their admiration for his courage and obedience to move forward on faith and for taking the step to go so far from home trusting God for His provisions. Thank you for this encouragement. Being confident in God’s calling for him, Ocean’s Edge School of Worship (OE) is a private college with little funding options available and the students are encouraged to seek prayer, love, and support from family, friends, and their community willing to be supportive to send them. We want to assure all who have contributed how much we appreciate your gift and the ability it’s given him to provide first month’s tuition, housing, and some of the equipment he will need.
