An activist who saved around 80000 children, deserving Nobel award was not even given Padma awards till date. may govt directly put forth Bharath Ratna to him now. TV channels are busy telecasting Modi from Madison. Newspapers are busy advertising mobile phones cars and diwali deals. such is the quality of todays media and govt responsibility of recognition nowadays. I think he should reject Bharath Ratna wen offered. Dont know how many unsung heroes Mother India has given birth to.
