Yesterday marked one month that we have had our sweet baby home with us. We are so happy at how well Ryan is doing. He is such a happy baby and we are seeing some progress these last couple of weeks. Ryans core strength seems to be improving, even his PT mentioned it at therapy yesterday. This is a big step in sitting alone. Also, Early Intervention came out to assess Ryan this week. They have placed him at a 4 to 7 month skill level. This does mean we are severely delayed but we are working on a therapy plan. Ryans OT also did an assessment yesterday but we do not have those scores back yet. I have to say he was showing off though so I think we might get closer to 6 to 9 month level. Also in the video below Ryan is now turning his head and responding to his name and is getting close to waiving hello and bye bye! Also he is sitting in a different chair that works his core muscles more. We have had this chair for a while but this is the first time he has tolerated it very well.
