In the studies that have been done on the health benefits of coffee, one aspect which is harder to measure is the health benefit of the process of preparation. We firmly believe that tranquility you have developed as you prepare to make your coffee is just as important as the coffee itself. So, no matter how you prepare your coffee, make sure you use the good stuff (LRC qualifies), and enjoy the 1 to 15 minutes it may take you to make a great cup...because the routine matters :D Om........
