Yesterday my Proffesor recieved his third stripe on black belt! Congrats Marco Costa! Congratulations to Chino Ramirez for receiving his blackbelt! #ibjjf #approved I also received my first stripe on purple belt, I want to thank all my teammates in toronto and ontario especially Proffesor Costa, Beauchamp, Shah Franco, Egor Radzik! Big thanks to the people who support me Dainis Nguyen, Andrew McColl, Mike A., Milkias Kidane,Laura Susan, Jason Pedrosa, David Dalrymple , Rebecca Chiang and Seth Connor! Also a special shootout to Rowan Cunningham and Mark Hominick! Both of these guys have helped me so much since moving to Adrenaline MMA! Thanks to all my friends, family, students, teammates at Body of Four Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and MMA , Adrenaline MMA Training & Fitness and Bo4 London I wouldnt be progressing without you!
