Yesterday my aunt called to talk to my father; she relayed to my father what the pastor of her church has been preaching to her and the congregation of his church, in South western mi -outside of Kalamazoo, mi…This Pastor foretells that, “President Obama: is the antichrist and is destroying the world with Obama care….” I tell you, when I heard this… I’m outraged and sickened! How dare a supposed man of god tell the good people of his church… such an idiotic ill-informed bigoted statement! I tell you very frankly that this is- why I stay away from most churches! I also will tell you that when family members say things like this to my father or me, these family members’ might as well stick a sword through my heart! I tell you that these kind of remark’s- supports- the far right wing republican groups, who’re responsible for allowing the kind of hate laws, which allowed my rapist basher freedom, and allowed Wal-Mart to get away with harassing me- at and out of my job as a jewelry associate, and allowed Wal-Mart to get away with cutting my hours to one day a week when I was in fact full time! The harassment that accrued the day I lost my job was done to me, after I came back to work, from the hospital, after being raped and bashed; replacing the bone of my nose with a metal rod! I tell you these kind of statements hurt me more deeply than you either know, or just don’t care, because you see me as a man and you do not realize how much being bashed and rapped hurts me and haunts me, or how what the far right of South Bend and Washington DC, raped me all over again by saying, I had no right to prosecute my perpetrators’ because I am gay, and by allowing social security to cheat me out of half of my court ordered lawsuit winnings! I tell you the consequence’s will haunt and torment me, until the day I die!
