Yesterday, my wife and in-laws were given this at Starworld while queuing for a taxi. Note the locations of major destinations as well a line to document a date and the cabs tag number which was written down by the attendant. This may seem like nothing, but to me this is a positive move that casinos, hotels, and other establishments could help patrons. It offers clear communication to the driver but also gives the customer some help in getting pertinent info in case of an incident. This also shows on some small level that Starworld is trying to take some ownership of managing taxi handling on their premises. While other places offer similar cards with instructions to the establishment, it would be nice if others would do the same as Starworld.
