Yesterday, on behalf of the Chinese government, Mr. Ma Qiang, Chinese Ambassador to #SouthSudan, handed over 70 containers of Rice to the government of #SouthSudan at our yard, since it was shipped, transported and cleared with our logistics firm ;) The Relief and Rehabilitation Commission Chairperson, Kueth Kang Deng and the Undersecretary for the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management, Clement Taban Dominic and others attended the hand-over ceremony. Ambassador Ma Qiang said that this is only the beginning, the donation is said to be part of 250 containers and those supplies will soon be assigned to the refugees who are in most urgent need, and help to relieve the humanitarian problems of South Sudan. On behalf of the Government of South Sudan, Mr. Deng sincerely thanked the Chinese side for its selfless assistance at the critical time and appreciated that the assistance from the Chinese government and people is offering fuel in snowy weather. This fully embodies the profound friendship between both countries.
