Yesterday one of my oldest and dearest friends in the world passed away after a very very long struggle with estrogen fueled breast cancer. Dorothy McMillan Ramirez was one of the kindest most gracious and beautiful friends a person could have. She is now my go to angel and I am waiting for a sign from her. Meanwhile thank you Katina Zinner for the very very very special arrangement of white roses from Marks Garden. Not only are you a wonderful, talented film and music editor but you are SO special to me to send this incredible arrangement. Dorothy, I love u and will NEVER forget u I hate cancer, especially breast cancer!! So evil. We must find a cure... Dorothy and I walked in over ten revlon breast cancer walks she fought the good fight for 8 years so sad...
