Yesterday one of our rescue dogs Artey had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Feltes at The Animal Behavior Clinic. Artey was a severely abused, neglected & starved puppy who was living chained-up in a basement. Lucky for Artey that day his foster daddy happened to be on a job site & discovered this poor boy. It takes dedicated fosters like Hope Robbins-Rogers & Derek Syko Rogers to commit to fostering a dog who has seen the kind of hell Artey has & we are all hopeful with the help of Dr. Feltes & team Artey will have a chance of a forever family one day.......NOT RUSHED WHEN HES ALL HEALED AND READY
