Yesterday our awesome staff came in and spent a couple of hours training on the taps getting ready for opening day for Maize Valley Brewery Today! Thanks to Jake for putting together a really good lesson about beer history, styles, brewing techniques, systems and most importantly how to pour a draft beer properly. We have a lot to learn but thanks to Todd, Scott, Michelle & Jakes efforts we feel our staff is well prepared to get off to a great start!
