Yesterday our pastor shared four things to remember when we are going through a difficult time. God always finds a way to deliver a message to us at just the right time (even if they are words you have heard before, there are times they are exactly what your heart needs). 1. Nothing has happened to me that has not happened to thousands of people. 2. I knew, as a human being, I run the risk of something like this. (Remember we live in a world of sin and the evil mankind allows) 3. There were those who did their best work when they were blown by these ill winds. 4. I dont know how I will handle this crisis, but I know who can, and if I wait quietly, help will surely come. I plan to carry these words with me. Thankful for those who allow God to use them to bring comfort and thankful God gave me an open heart to receive comfort.
