Yesterday, our prosecutor approved the following charges against Ashley Arnett and Alex Harold Stanly Current: Theft by Deception (Felony 5 th degree) Telecommunications Fraud (Felony 4 th degree) 5 counts of Tampering with Records (Misdemeanor 1 st degree) The case will go to grand jury in about 4-6 weeks. You will not have to appear at Grand Jury, but if it goes to trial there is a possibility you will be subpoenaed. This case has been released to the press, so I am expecting them to contact you all. After talking with the prosecutor, I would prefer if you don’t speak to the press. If you give them your story and there are any discrepancies in the story you told them and the report I took, the defense will use that against our case.
