Yesterday, the House passed (for the second time) a bill I authored with Rep. Lee Terry (R-NE) to, among other things, approve the #KeystoneXL Pipeline. This bipartisan bill gets the construction underway so we can create the good-paying jobs right now. Environmental studies have said this is a safe project, and we know the positive impact it will have on our economy. The time to build is now, and Im glad we were able to pass this bill.
