Yesterday, the U.S. Army launched two stationary unmanned aircraft in the Washington D.C. area, which were put through a number of demanding drills at Dugway Proving Ground in 2013. The aircraft are part of the Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System, or JLENS. JLENS is an component of a new anti-cruise missile system over the regional capitol area. We are proud to be part of ensuring the defense of our Nation. Read more here:
