Yesterday, the day that Disney (DIS) released its massively successful film, Frozen, onto blu-ray/dvd/and digital home video, its stock increased $0.60 (or 0.74%) to close the day at $81.99. This has become somewhat routine as Disney has outperformed both the Dow Composite and the S&P 500 so far this year, increasing 7.49% compared to 2.14% and 2.00%. Over the past five years, the results have been just as impressive.
