Yesterday the kids and I were discussing what the actual date was that Konur was deemed cancer free last year. We know it was about three weeks after diagnosis, but outside of that I failed to actually relay the date that the leukemia cells were absent from his labs. I went through the posts from May of last year & did see that I shared the first time the doctor said remission as shed commented on how many weeks hed been cancer free - but no solid date. So without further adieu by unanimous decision between Konur, Isolde & I, we will be celebrating the glorious day on which Konur won his battle against cancer on the extremely appropriate day of May the 4th. From this day out he will allow the official day of Star Wars to share this momentous occasion with him. Im not sure how or where we will celebrate yet, but Ill keep you all posted. Much love to you all for being with us on every step of our journey then, now & beyond.
